Technical specifications
This combination pairs two peptides that act on growth hormone release through different receptors. CJC-1295 is an analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone and is studied for how it extends the signal that prompts release. Ipamorelin acts at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, and has drawn research interest for its selectivity: studies have looked at whether it stimulates release without the rises in cortisol and prolactin associated with earlier secretagogues. Work on the two used together is less developed than work on each individually.
