2. Your right to cancel

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (cooling-off period). To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
• Proof of purchase is required

3. Items that cannot be returned

Due to the nature of research materials, certain items cannot be returned or refunded once they leave our control:

• Products that have been opened or had their seal broken
• Products that have been reconstituted, diluted, or otherwise prepared for use
• Products that have not been stored in accordance with the handling instructions supplied

Once a product has been opened or reconstituted, we can no longer verify its condition or purity. For this reason it cannot be returned to stock or resold.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged, or does not match your order, report it to us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label
• A short description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or a refund once the issue has been verified. Please keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

5. How to request a return

Contact us at hello@aminohouse.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions before you send anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility when cancelling under the cooling-off period. Where an item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we cover the return shipping.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue has been verified or the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, in line with our Terms and Conditions. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
