Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation. Note that a binding contract is formed at this point, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

3. Packaging

All orders are sent in discreet, plain packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside of the parcel.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping cost is displayed before you complete your order.

5. Destinations and delivery times

We ship to countries within the European Union and other selected destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are displayed during checkout. These times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customs, duties, and import restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that importing research materials is permitted in your jurisdiction before placing an order. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, and orders in this situation are not eligible for a refund.

7. Delivery and inspection

8. Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Where a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
